Printproducties

TVE Group uses different types of printing options. Within our production halls, we have as many as ten different types of printing and finishing options. Below is a grasp of the various possibilities:

Roll-on-roll

The roll-on-roll technique may be perfect for your communication needs if you are looking for large format printing, such as an XL facade cloth or a festival print. With a maximum output of 525 m2 per hour, the roll-on-roll technique is also very fast. With different colours and multiple print heads, rolls as wide as 3.20 meters can be printed with any desired design.

XXL sublimation printing

Large prints on flags, banners or displays with a razor-sharp quality photo are the power of the XXL sublimation printing technique. TVE can offer a huge variety of (textile) productions for you, with a maximum width of 320cm.

UV surface printing

A combination of the previously mentioned techniques is UV surface printing, which we call the best of both worlds: unprecedented high quality and high speed. This technique also makes it possible to print on different materials. From photo and decor walls to an exhibition wall, facade panels and much more! It is possible to print both large and small quantities cost-effectively and at very high resolution with UV flatbed printing. In addition to quality, this technique, therefore, distinguishes itself in flexibility.

UV on roll

A sustainable way of having your communication materials printed? The UV on roll is a suitable solution. Hybrid UV LED printers save you energy, costs and time. The printers save up to 60% energy, and the printed materials can be used as in- and outdoor banners, billboards, facade banners and more. There is also the ability to print on thinner materials, such as paper, vinyl and polyester.

Digital Printing

Are you printing your products with photo-quality images? If not,  you should consider digital printing. This technique saves costs and time while printing in full colour. These materials are suitable for in-store retail or POS, window stickers, and photo and decor walls, among others.

Sublimation printing

Sublimation printing is also known as ‘subli-print’ or sublimation printing. This technique creates high-quality prints on textile and sheet materials. Because the inks are "embedded" in the materials, the image is permanent, high-quality, and clear. In short, with sublimation printing, you benefit from a wide variety of productions on textiles and plate materials.

Transfer printing

Transfer printing is a technique mainly used in the textile and sports sector. Among other things, the materials are suitable for printing clothing for cycling, soccer, basketball, athletics or motorsports. In addition, this is also a technique applicable to flags and banners.
