Bata Industrials
After a colleague of Stef van de Munckhof, event merchandiser & marketer at Bata Industrials, noticed the name via a newsletter, Stef approached TVE Group in 2019. At the time, Bata Industrials was on the eve of deciding to change their entire corporate identity. The old corporate identity known as ‘the slow turtle’ needed to be replaced with a tough look and feel that would give Bata Industrials a completely new image. ‘Boost Master Bob’ was created for one of the major marketing campaigns: a high-profile type to appeal to today's craftsman with the message that with the shoe from Bata Industrials, he gets a real boost when working. Safety always comes first at Bata Industrials, but comfort is an important second.
This project required a lot of work. Because it also meant that all their dealers had to adopt the new house style and thus also completely adapt their in-store communication. For this, Stef looked for a suitable partner who could participate in the evaluation of their new house style. He therefore came to meet in person at the factory hall in Sint-Oedenrode. In the TVE Experience Center, he was able to gain inspiration from various materials and techniques. He was also able to experience with his own eyes that TVE Group has all disciplines in-house. This won his confidence to have TVE Group handle the production for the new branding of Bata Industrials.
TVE Experience Center
The TVE Experience Center is a wonderful tool that TVE Group is proud of. It has its own materials library where business relations can be convinced by the knowledge and expertise in material use, techniques and applications for visual communication. It is a joy every time when relations walk through the factory in amazement where they can see the many different printing and finishing techniques and then walk out the door full of new ideas.
Time- and cost-saving
Bata Industrial dealers mainly work with steel racks in the shops where the shoes will be displayed. In consultation with TVE Group, it emerged that magnetic film is the ideal solution for this. The dealer can easily and independently apply and remove this in his or her shop. No assembly team needs to be involved, which saves time and money for everyone!
